水化应力和滤饼质量对地层坍塌压力的影响分析

摘　　要：在井眼力学化学耦合稳定性评价的基础上,考虑了滤饼质量因素后,对坍塌压力变化进行了对比分析,结果表明,地层坍塌压力当量密度有一定的变化。给出了考虑水化作用和滤饼质量后预测井壁稳定性的方法,同时将该方法应用于现场,取得了较好的预测效果。On the basis of evaluating wellbore stability by coupling wellbore＇s mechanics and chemistry, the change of collapsing pressure was analyzed comparably considering the impact of filtrate cake quality. The results indicate that the equivalent density of formation collapsing pressure has changed. The method to predict wellbore stability is provided considering hydration and filtrate cake quality. In addition, this method was applied in field with better prediction results.
