摘  要:针对盐泥中各种主要成分所进行的盐泥资源化利用,主要是生产建筑材料或回收其中的有用成分,存在投资大、运行成本高、工艺复杂、耗能、二次污染、盐腐蚀及回收产品价值较低等问题。复杂盐膏层钻井一般使用盐水钻井液,但该体系配制成本较高。盐水钻井液一般由水、膨润土、氯化钠、碳酸钠、氢氧化钠、超细碳酸钙、硫酸钡和其它化学处理剂组成,盐泥的各种成分均可应用于盐水钻井液,盐泥可通过专门配方整体应用于盐水钻井液的配制。该研究对于降低盐膏层钻井成本、实现盐泥资源化具有现实意义。The salt slurry is mainly used for construction materials or recycled for some useful components, but recovery is difficult due to high investment, high operating cost, complicated procedure, high energy consumption, secondary pollution, equipment erosion by salt and low market price. Brine based drilling fluids, which is very expensive, are generally used in complicated gypsum beds. Brine based drilling fluids consist of water, bentonite, sodium chloride, sodium carbonate, sodium hydroxide, over fined calcium carbonate, barium sulfate, and other additives, etc.. A lot of components in salt slurry can be used for brine based drilling fluids. Salt slurry can be used in the brine based drilling fluid systems through special recipes. This study plays an important role in reducing the cost of gypsum bed drilling and in using of the salt slurry.
