摘　　要：江苏油田为解决油水井套管破漏损坏严重的问题,从美国引进了实体膨胀管补贴修复套管工艺技术。6井次、7个补贴段的现场应用表明,该修井技术具有工艺简单、补贴后井眼内径变化不大、抗压强度高和密封性能好等优点。介绍了实体膨胀管补贴修井技术的原理、特点及现场应用情况,并进行了经济效益分析。Solid expansion tube repairing technique was introduced into Jiangsu Oilfield to solve severe casing damages in oil and water wells. Field applications in six wells and seven operation sections indicate that this technique has the following advantages： simple implementation, small wellbore diameter change,anti-high compressive strength, and good seal, etc. Principles, characteristics and field applications of the solid expansion tube repairing technique and economic benefits analysis were introduced in this paper.
