摘　　要：为适应和满足军工供应链质量管理全生命周期、全过程、集成化、敏捷化的需求,提出以质量单元为管理核心,以组织群协调为重点的军工企业精益质量链管理,从内涵、特点、实施框架等方面进行探讨,并指出构建军工企业精益质量链需要解决的关键问题。To meet the demand of overall life circle, whole process, integration, agility in the military supply chain management, put forward the enhanced quality chain management of military manufacturing enterprise while focus on quality unit management and organization coordination. The concept, traits and implementation framework are discussed and the suggestions for building the enhanced quality chain of military manufacturing enterprise are presented.
