摘 要:在极坐标系下建立了管材挤压变形力的计算模型,采用主应力法和功平衡法推导了管材挤压变形力的理论计算公式;经生产中反复实验验证,管材挤压变形力的理论计算结果接近实测值,主应力法计算结果的相对误差平均值为11.56%左右,功平衡法计算结果的相对误差平均值为-1.94%左右;而相关文献所给出的主应力法和功平衡法求解的管材挤压变形力公式计算结果的相对误差平均值分别为15%左右和6.6%左右。这表明,本文推导的理论计算公式计算精度高,具有一定的工程实用性。In the polar coordinates, the models of force of tube extrusion were established. And force of tube extrusion about cone dies had been studied theoretically and the both formulas were determined respectively by means of block method and the method of balance of work. Through the producing experiment, these formulas were validated repeatedly. It was shown that calculation results using formulas were close to experimental results and that average relative errors were about 11.56% and -1.94% separately. However, the average relative errors of results given by calculation formula determined by means of block method and the method of balance of work in the concerned references were about 15% and 6. 6% respectively. It was concluded that theoretical calculation formulas in the paper were veracious and could be used in certain engineering fields.
