摘 要:文章建立了描述塑料异型材气辅挤出成型过程的理论模型,对T型异型材气辅口模挤出成型过程进行了三维等温数值模拟和实验研究。研究表明,相对于传统挤出成型而言,气辅挤出不仅有效减小挤出胀大,而且能精确控异型材的形状及尺寸,有利于实现高速高效高质量的异型材挤出成型。此外,还研究了工艺及物性参数对异型材挤出胀大的影响,揭示了其影响机理及规律。The theoretical and finite element models were established for the gas assisted extrusion from a die. Based on these models, the three dimensional isothermal numerical simulation and experimental study were carried out for the die swell of the Tshaped plastic profile extrusion from a gas-assisted die. The results of simulation and experiment show that compared with traditional extrusion, the gas-assisted extrusion can reduce die swell effectively and control the shape and dimension of the extrudate accurately. It's very helpful for production of plastic profile which has an irregular cross section with high velocity, high efficiency and high quality. Besides, the effect of the material and operation parameters on the die swell was researched, which shows that the influence of flow rate, zero-share-rate viscosity and natural time on the die swell is neglectable.
