摘  要:在覆盖件的数值模拟中,为提高等效拉延筋的模拟精度,需要建立合理有效的拉延筋约束阻力求解模型。文章根据平面应变假设,建立了合理的数值模拟研究模型。模拟结果表明,弯曲过程中存在鲍辛格效应和加工硬化等现象。将该模型提取的拉延筋阻力曲线用于模拟软件,模拟结果与真实拉延筋模拟结果及物理实验进行比较,验证了该模型的合理性与有效性。该模型为研究拉延筋约束阻力提供了一种有效可行方案。A kind of reasonable and effective drawbead restraining force model has to be build to improve the simulative precision in the numerical simulation of panel. This paper use the plane strain hypothesis to build a reasonable study model of numerical simulation. The simulation results suggest that Bauschinger effect and work hardening etc are validated in the model. Apply the drawbead restraining force curve picked-up from the simulation to simulate software. Its rationality and validity are verified by comparing the simulation result with the result of real drawbead and Physical test result. The model supply a method for the research on drawbead restraining force.
