摘 要:分析了百色油田百71、百51区块储层特征、敏感性及已钻井油层损害现状及原因,研究了在复杂储层条件下保护油层钻井完井液的精确多级屏蔽暂堵技术。百71、百51区块储层物性较差,属低孔低渗油藏;储层敏感性矿物主要是粘土矿物,中等程度的碱敏、弱的酸敏、水敏和速敏等敏感性。根据百71、百51区块储层对渗透率有贡献的孔喉半径区间、孔喉中值半径,以及百色油田普遍使用的聚合物不分散钻井液中固相颗粒粒径范围及中值直径,按2/3架桥原理,对架桥粒子和填充粒子的粒度分布及加量进行了优选,得出百72井钻井完井液配方为:井浆+1-1.5%CaCO3(D中=1~3μm)+1%CaCO3(D中=3~8μm)+1.5%CaCO3(D中=7~15μm)+0.5%CaCO3(D中=13~33μm)+2%EX-1(或FT-1)+其它,百51—5、百51—6X井钻井完井液配方为:井浆+1%CaCO3(D中=1~5μm)+1—1.5%CaCO3(D中=5~13μm)+1%CaCO3(D中=13~30μm)+0.5%CaCO3(D中=25~60μm)+2%EX-1(或FT-1)+其它。屏蔽暂堵技术现场试验效果明显,在百色油田得到了广泛的推广应用。In order to protect oil formation of Bai71, Bai51 Block in Baise Oilfield , the reservoir characteristic , mineral sensitivity and damage to oil layers of drilled wells were analyzed , and the causes of formation damaging as well . Effect of shielding and temporary plugging technology in challenging conditions was also studied. Results showed that the physical property of Baise formation is poor , classified as low porosity and low to ultralow permeability reservoir. Clay mineral is the dominant sensitive mineral. At the same time , damage of medium alkali, weak water and salt sensitivity , weak acid and velocity sensitivity exist simultaneously. According to pore throat radius interal and pore throat median radius contributing to permeability of the reservoir, as well as the solids particle diameter scale and median diameter of nondispersion polymer drilling fluid widespread in this oilfield , particle distribution and addition were optimized based on 2/ 3 bridging principle. The Bai72 well drilling fluid composition is : field mud + 1-1.5%CaCO3(D=1-3μm)+l% CaCO3(D=3-8μm) + 1.5% CaCO3(D=7-15μm) + 0. 5% CaCO3(D=13-33μm) + 2%EX-1(or FT-1) . The Bai51 well and Bai51-6X well drilling fluid composition is: field mud + 1-1.5%CaCO3(D=1-5μm) + 1% CaCO3(D=5-13μm) + 1.5% CaCO3 (D=13-33μm) + 0.5% CaCO3(D=13-3μvm) + 2% EX-1 (or FT-1)Through field tests was proved that the considerable results were achieved in reservoir protection and increasing production of single well by use of such a technique. The shielding and temporary plugging technology has been wide used in Baise oilfield.
