摘　　要：设计阶段的投资控制是建设全过程的控制要点。在分析设计阶段存在的各种弊端基础上,采取各种措施,人员素质上,在技术上增强设计标准规范意识及经济核算意识,引入竞争机制,大力推行限额设计,加强设计方案的优化,切实降低工程造价。The design stage of investment control is the control of the entire process of construction elements.
