摘 要:从沥青混凝土桥面铺装对防水材料的性能要求出发,系统分析了乳化剂种类、乳化刑含量、固含量、胶乳、填料、温度等诸多因素对防水层材料粘结力的影响,并通过剪切试验,确定了适宜的防水涂料最佳用量,同时对垂直压力、剪切速率对层间抗剪强度的影响规律进行了探讨。结果表明,掺入与乳液同性的胶乳改性剂可提高防水材料粘结力,且填料和温度对防水材料粘结力也有较大的影响;乳化剂涂膜厚度考虑施工工艺要求时,以 0.7~1mm为最佳;3#桥面防水涂料用于水泥混凝土桥面铺装材料,较其他沥青材料有明显的优势。该防水涂料的研制为沥青混凝土桥面铺装防水材料设计和施工提供了科学依据,有着广阔的应用前景。Through analysis on performance requirements of asphalt pavement on concrete bridge decks, the performance effects of some key factors including kinds and content of emulsion, content of solid particle, rubber latex, fillings and temperature on cohesion of waterproof materials were studied. The optimum usage of waterproof materials for cement concrete bridge deck was given out. Meanwhile, the influence of vertical pressure and shear velocity on shear strength was explored. Experiment proves that cohesion of water proof material can be improved by adding modified emusion whose property is same as that of latex, and it can be affected obviously by filled material and temperature in some event. The optimum thickness of emusion mixture is 0.7 - 1mm. No. 3 water proof material used on bridge deck is better than other asphalt material. The research results present scientific basis for water proof material design and is very useful to actual work.
