低温降解纤维素的细菌的筛选及鉴定

摘　　要：通过对环境中低温微生物的提取、初筛、复筛和纤维素酶活力的测定,分离并确定对纤维素有明显降解作用的两株细菌菌株B9和B21,并对其进行鉴定,B9菌株为噬胞菌属(又名纤维粘菌属,Cytophage)细菌,B21菌株为纤维单胞菌属(Cellulomonas)细菌。Through the extraction, pre-selection, re-selection and the determination of cellulase activity, two bacteria （B9 and B21） were separated and determined which had significant effects on the degradation of textile fiber under low temperature. Alter the study and classification, it was determined that the B9 was Cytophage or textile fiber sticky bacteria and the B21 was Cellulomonas or the textile fiber single butcher bacteria.
