摘 要:采用美国Waters C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱分离,以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(50:49:1)为流动相,流速为1mL·min-1,检测波长270nm为条件,建立高效液相色谱法测定慢呼抗口服液中黄芩甙的含量。结果表明,此方法线性关系良好(R=0.9995);平均回收率(n=6)99.06%,RSD=1.01%。该法简便、快捷、准确,可以作为慢呼抗口服液质量控制的有效方法。A HPLC method was established for the determination of caffeotannic acid in Manhukang oral liquid. American Waters C18 (4.6 mm×l50 mm, 5 μm) was used, and the mobile phase consisted of colonial spirit-aquaefer-glacial acetic acid (50:49:1 ), the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. The detection wave length was 270 nm. The result showed that the linear relationship of this method was well(R=0.9995), and the average recovery was 99.06% (RSD=1.01%, n=6). It can be concluded that the HPLC method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Manhukang oral liquid.
