摘  要:仪器仪表行业广泛使用齿轮传动,齿轮强度的高低直接影响着仪器仪表的测试精度和可靠性。齿根过渡曲线的形状对齿根弯曲强度有重要影响,为了提高齿轮的弯曲强度,就有必要研究齿根过渡曲线。本文利用MATLAB软件,研制开发了齿轮弯曲强度的计算机仿真程序,该程序逐点计算齿轮过渡曲线处的弯曲应力大小,以便找出弯曲应力的最大值和最大应力发生的位置;同时利用有限元软件ANSYS,建立轮齿模型,仿真分析轮齿受力时的齿根弯曲应力的分布状态,本文研究为进一步进行齿轮弯曲强度的测试研究奠定了良好的理论基础。The gear dr ve is used widely in instrument and measuring appliance profession, the intensity of gear is directly affecting the testing precision andthe reliability of instrument and measuring appliance. It plays a very important role of the shape of transitional curve in gear root to bending strength, for higher strength, we must research the transitional curve in gear root. In this article, by using the software MATLAB, we develop the computer simulation procedure for calculating the gear bending strength, which calculate the bending strength in every location the transitional curve ,find the maximum stress and the location where the maximum happens; and use the finite element analysis software ANSYS to found a gear model Simulate and analyze the distribution of bending stress in the tooth root, this paper will ray a good foundation in theory for the testing of gear bending strength for further research
