摘　　要：介绍了企业动态联盟的兴起和阀门行业对动态联盟的需求。讲述了企业动态联盟的定义和特点,分析了其两种组建模式,并选取星型模式作为组建阀门制造企业动态联盟的模式。研究了盟员伙伴的选择评价的内容和方法。结合阀门企业的标准体系,对阀门行业动态联盟进行了总体规划和模块化分,并介绍了系统实现方法。The rise of dynamic alliance and demand of the valve industry to dynamic alliance are introduced The definition and characteristics of dynamic alliance are described. Two dynamic alliance formed modes are analysed.The star mode is chose to be de the mode of building the dynamic alliance. The content and method that how to choose and evaluate the alliance partner are researched. According to the standard system of valve enterprises, the overall planning and modular division are executed. At last the system realized technology is introduced.
