摘　　要：报道了居住35年以上、受不同程度钢污染的484名居民与基本不受镉污染的253名居民的尿中Cd、β2-MG、NAG酶与ALB的不同含量，以分析长期摄入高镉米所引起的肾损害．主要表现在肾近曲小管．严重时可累及肾小球．并存在着剂量反应关系。484 residents who were vitims of pollution of Cd over 35 years and 253 healthy people were chosen. The content of Cd, β2-MG, NAG-enzyme and ALB in their urine were detected for assessing the kidney injury resulted from assimilation of high Cd in rice. It is found that the site of disorder mainly locates at the renal convolated tubulas and renal glomerulus can also be affected wlth the increase of Cd imput. There exists the relationship of dose response.
