摘　　要：产业创新理论是创新理论的一个重要分支,包括产业创新和产业创新系统两大部分。本文阐述了国内外产业创新理论的研究现状,探索了产业创新理论的学科发展方向,并分析了我国产业创新的发展趋势。Industrial innovation theory involving industrial innovation and industrial innovation system is a front field of innovation study. This paper discusses the research status of industrial innovation theory home and aboard and the development of the subject of industrial innovation and analyzes the development status of industrial innovation and its trends in China.
