摘　　要：本文着重介绍农药标签采集管理系统的前期设计与实现思想。根据目前我国农药生产厂家的分布情况和实际工作中农药标签审批的流程,我们选定以WebService为数据交互方式,建立一套将农药标签的信息以电子数据的形式进行采集、统计、审核并最终在因特网发布的多功能的计算机软件系统。这种设计思想的确立,将为未来系统的实际开发提供技术导向。This article focussed on the early design and final accomplishment of the system for collecting and managing the pesticide label. According to the distribution of pesticide manufactures in China and the registration process for pesticide label, WebService was used as a method of data exchange to found a set of multifunctional software to collect, statistic, verify the information of pesticide label, and then publish in web. This assumption of design could be a correct guideline for the development of the system in future.
