摘　　要：SIOC0285是由中科院上海有机化学研究所和浙江省化工研究院共同创制发现的嘧啶苄胺类新型除草活性化合物。本试验采用湿法砂磨超微粉碎法研制10% SIOC0285水悬浮剂,并获得理化性能优良的制剂配方。经过室内除草活性筛选和作物安全性评价后认为,SIOC0285具有较高的除草活性和水稻安全性。SIOC0285 was a new herbicide, created by the shanghai institute of organic chemistry, chinese academy of sciences （CAS） and zhejiang province chemical industry research institute. 10% SLOC0285 suspension concentrate （SC） was developed with the method of wet milling, it had good performance of technology index. The results of interior herbicidal activity and crop safety test showed that SLOC0285 had good activity for weeds and higher safety for rice.
