摘　　要：针对多层隔震结构提出了两阶段设计法的概念,以四层多层框架结构体系为例进行了分析,结果显示该设计方法具有简便、符合工程应用的特点,且有利于提高设计质量,减少设计周期。The two processes design method is provided in the paper for multi-story isolated building, A 4-layer frame example is analyzed by the new method in the paper, and the computation result shows the new method is a simply method for the application in engineering. This method will be advantageous to enhance design quality and reduce design period.
