摘　　要：针对我国建筑能耗的现状,分析了降低建筑能耗及运营费用的必要性,详细地阐述了节能住宅设计应把握的几个方面,通过滨海别墅住宅项目,从材料、结构及植物利用等方面说明了建筑及室内设计中节能技术的应用,从而促进建筑节能的发展。Aiming at the situation of architectural energy of our nation, it analyses the necessity of decreasing the architectural energy and operating cost, represents the aspects that should grasp in the design of energy saving housing. Through the littoral villa housing program, it illus trates the application of energy saving technique in architecture and indoor design from material, structure and plant utility, to accelerate the development-of architectural energy saving.
