摘　　要：介绍了一种校园网通信流量计费系统。以西南交通大学校园网为例，通过对校园网结构进行分析，从原理、软硬件设计等多方面详细讨论了如何开发校园网通信流量计费系统，其中对网桥。A fee collecting system of I/O flows through campus networks is described. It is necessary to design the system in China because of the high cost of renting X.25(or DDN) telecommunication lines.With the campus networks of Southwest Jiaotong University being taken as an example, the principle and design methods of hardware and software of the fee collecting system are presented in detail through analyses on the structure of campus networks including the gateway, PacketDriver programming and the TCP/IP datagram.
