摘　　要：目的探讨军队医院文职护士野战救护技能培训模式,以提高军队卫勤保障能力。方法对文职护士开展以"心肺复苏、止血、包扎、固定,搬运"五大技术为主要内容的野战救护相关理论和技能的培训及综合考核。结果91名文职护士野战救护理论知识的掌握程度明显提高;操作技能考核中心肺复苏和战创伤救护的平均成绩分别为(93.3±4.25)分和(84.25±4.54)分。结论对文职护士进行野战救护培训是提高卫勤保障的重要举措,是军队医院护理工作的需要。Objective To explore the organization of training program of field medical rescue practice in staff nurses of military hospitals so as to enhance their competence of health care service in military actions. Methods A training program concerning mainly the basic principles and techniques of cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR）, hemostasis, bandage, fixation and carrying of the patients was carried otit with comprehensive examination of the training effects. Results All the 91 nurses participating in the training showed obviously improved proficiency with the knowledge of field rescue practice, and their mean scores for CPR and military trauma management were 93.3±4.25 and 84.25±4.54, respectively. Conclusion The practice of field rescue training in the staff nurses of military hospitals is necessary to improve their competence of health care service and the nursing quality.
