摘　　要：采用蒸发冷却技术的电机,由于运行简单、维护方便、可靠性高,可节约电机成本3%～5%。同时,由于绝缘寿命延长,大大增加了绕组使用寿命。冷却系统基本上无维护,降低电站维护工作量,减少维护费用增加电站经济效益。这种技术已经用于李家峡400MW五台机组,投运后5年多以来,从未发生任何故障。Due to easy operation, convenient maintenance and high reliability, the motor using Evaporative Cooling technology can save the cost of motor by 3%- 5%. Meanwhile, extension of insulant lifespan greatly increases that of winding. Basically, there is no maintenance for the cooling system. The maintenance workload of power station is reduced. Decrease of maintenance cost increases the economic benefit of the station. This kind of technology has been applied to five 400MW generating units in Li Jiaxia. Over the five-year operation, no fault occurs.
