摘 要:研究了具有“推-拉”电子结构的4'-(N,N-二羟乙基)氨基4-硝基偶氮苯(R—HANB)衍生物的光谱性质和二阶非线性光学性质.R-HANB是一类假芪型偶氮苯分子,其激发态具有相似的能级结构,且在不同状态下均具有较高的二阶非线性光学活性.其粉末二次谐波信号多数强于分散红1,一阶超极化率与基态偶极短动量的复合量用溶剂变色法测得为>3.4×10(82)C2m4/V2,其5%掺杂聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯薄膜以电晕极化测得电光系数在72×10(19)m4/V以上.In this paper, the spectroscopy characteristics and the second-order nonlinear op-tical properties of a series of push-pull chromorphores (R-HANB) based on 4'-bis (N, N-hydroxyethylene)imino-4-nitro azobenzene were studied. R-HANB were classified as pseu-do-stilbene type molecules, which possess ultrafast photoresponsive time scale. The intensi-ties of the second-order harmonic generation of R-HANB powder were mostly in the intensehigher than that of Disperse Red 1, while their composite values of first hyperpolarlizabilitiesand ground state permanent dipole monents were in the order of >3.4×10-82 C2m4/V2. Thesecond harmonic coefficients for the poled R-HANB-doped PMMA films were in the orderof >7. 2×10-19 m4/V. The variation of these properties of R-HANB was explained well bythe electron and steric effects of substituents.
