摘  要:【目的】探讨高分子材料膨体聚四氟乙烯作为创面覆盖材料的可行性。【方法】取SD大鼠皮肤和修剪好的膨体聚四氟乙烯材料移植于成年Wistar大鼠,移植成功后逐日肉眼观察创面愈合情况并取不同时间点标本用HE染色法光镜下观察组织切片中巨噬细胞,成纤维细胞,淋巴细胞的数量。并与自体移植组、异体移植组比较。【结果】膨体聚四氟乙烯材料覆盖于创面后,与创面附着牢固,未见炎症等不良反应,局部组织中巨噬细胞,成纤维细胞,淋巴细胞数量显著低于同种异体皮肤移植组。【结论】膨体聚四氟乙烯只具有很弱的炎症反应及异物反应,长期放在受损创面上不会引起不良反应。可以考虑将其作为创面覆盖材料。[Objective] To assess the feasibility of high molecular expensive polytetrafiuorioethylene (ePTFE) as a safe material covering wound surface. [Methods]The back skin of the SD rats and clipped ePTFE were implanted into the back of Wistar rats. The healing process of wound surface was observed daily, and representative specimens were obtained at different time point. Tissue sections were stained with H&E and examined under light microscope. The number of macrophages, fibroblasts and lymphocytes were enumerated and compared with those in the control group of allograft. [Results] ePTFE adhered tightly to the wound surface. Inflammation and other adverse effects were not observed throughout the experiment. The number of macrophages, fibroblasts and lymphocytes in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P 〈0. 01). [Conclusion] ePTFE has minimal inflammatory response and foreign body reaction. It will unlikely to cause adverse effects when placed on the wound surface for a long time, therefore ePTFE can be used as a safe material covering the wound surface.
