摘　　要：用MoldFlow对充电器塑件进行填充、冷却、流动、翘曲模拟,预知成型过程中可能出现的缺陷,从而优化成型参数和设计方案,显著降低模具加工成本和制作周期。By simulating fill,cool,flow,warp of moulding of the charger using Moldflow, probable defects were gotten in advance,as a result moulding parameters and design were optimized,and the cost of the mold manufacture was dramatically reduced,time was saved as well.
