摘  要:A photoacoustic detection system consisted of a piezoelectric cylindrical tube trans-ducer is applied to measure the photolysis of Coenzyme B12 (5’-deoxyadenosylcobalamin, AdoCbl)in methanol to obtain the quantum yield, φ.
