摘  要:目的研制一种新型的缓释剂来驱避蚊虫。方法采用正交试验设计L16(45),以高分子凝胶(TDD)为缓释载体,用Y型嗅觉仪测试了5种驱蚊精油(避蚊胺、山苍子油、樟脑油、香茅草油、熏衣草油)混配后对致倦库蚊、白纹伊蚊的驱避效果。结果山苍子油、熏衣草油对致倦库蚊驱避效果显著,且两者均在低剂量情况下效果较好;配方1、8、9对致倦库蚊具有较好的驱避作用。结论各精油的最佳配比需要结合人体叮刺试验进行进一步优化研究。Objective To develop a new type of slowly-releasing repellent on mosqutoes. Methods Adopting the orthogonal-designs L16 (4^5) and using the macromolecule gelatin (TDD) as slowly-releasing carrier, and testing the repellent effect of mixed extract oils (deet, litsea cubeba oil, camphor oils, citronella oil, lavender oil) on Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus and Aedes albopictus using Y-smelling apparatus. Results The result indicated that the dose- levels of litsea cubeba oil and lavender oil were distinct to Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus, the good effect was obtained at low dose. The treatments 1, 8, 9 had good repellent effect on Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus. Conclusion The best ingredient of insectifuge need to be carried out by optimize-experiment according to flesh-sting-test.
