不同剂型高效氯氰菊酯对家蝇滞留药效研究

摘　　要：目的观察高效氯氰菊酯悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、乳油3种剂型,对家蝇在不同载体表面的室内杀灭效果及滞效时间。方法强迫接触法。结果50 mg ai/m2剂量的悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂在瓷砖板面、清漆木板面、水泥板面的表面上滞留药效可达到75 d,乳油在水泥板面的滞留药效为60 d。结论无论在何种载体表面其剂型间滞留药效效果为悬浮剂(可湿性粉剂(乳油。在不同载体之间的药效滞效时间为瓷砖板面>清漆木板面>水泥板面。Objective To observe the effect of beta-eypermethrin, chrysanthemum ester deflocculant, the wettability medicinal powder against Musca domestica in different superficial room, Methods Force contact process. Results The deflocculant, the wettable medicinal powder with 50 mg ai/m^2 in the ceramic tile pan, the hydroxy-acid varnish plank surface, on the cement pan surface could detain the drug efficacy for 75 d. The cream dosage - form was detained, the drug efficacy in the cement pan lasted for 60 d. Conclusion Regardless of the kind of carrier surface, the drug efficacy during its formulation were deflocculant 〉 wettabable medicinal powder 〉 cream. Stagnates the effect time between the different carrier drug efficacy were ： ceramic tile pan 〉 hydroxy-acid varnish plank surface 〉 cement pan.
