摘　　要：居民财产性收入逐步增加是国民经济发展的必然趋势。创造条件让更多居民拥有财产性收入是全面建设小康社会的内在要求。现阶段的首要任务是稳步发展经济,提高居民收入,让居民拥有更多财产。同时还要通过稳定物价、规范资本市场等途径保证居民财产性收入增加。It is an inevitable trend of economic development in a country for increasing property income. It is intrinsically necessary to build a well - off society in an all - round way that making more people possess property income by creating conditions. At present, the first task is to increase the income of residents by developing economy with steady steps so as to make residents possess more property. In addition, the increasing property income should be guaranteed by leveling off prices, normalizing capital market and so on.
