摘 要:南水北调东线第一期工程如何穿越济南市区是胶东输水干线研究的重点和难点,且备受社会各界广泛关注。根据南水北调输水要求和济南市城市总体规划,提出了利用小清河河道、小清河左岸新辟暗渠、小清河左岸新辟压力管道、济南北部市区新辟明渠四个输水方案。从水质、城市规划、现有河道治理、生态与环境、实施难易程度、工程占地及投资等角度全方位进行分析,论证了各输水方案的优劣,提出了小清河左岸新辟无压箱涵输水方案是技术可行、经济合理的优选方案。The fact that running through the urban areas in Ji'nan city by the Eastern Route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project is the focal and the most difficult point in the Jiaodong main channel water transfer. Based on the South-to-North Water Transfer and general planning of Ji'nan city, we came up with four schemes; 1. making use of the current riverway of the Xiaoqinghe River; 2. establishing a close channel On the left bank of the Xiaoqinghe River; 3. building a pressure conduit on the left bank of the Xiaoqinghe River; 4. constructing an open Channel on the northern part of Ji'nan city. In consideration of water quality, town planning, current river governing, ecology and environment, application, land occupation and cost, as well as discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme, we thought the non-pressure box culvert on the left bank of the Xiaoqinghe River is the optimum scheme.
