How to Improve Operator's Submitting and Quality to Washing Hand by Way of Video Rolling Playing in Standardizing Preoperative Washing Procedure Method

摘  要:目的探讨电视滚动播放规范洗手法,提高术者洗手依从性及质量。方法随机将200名参加手术人员分为实验组与对照组,各100名。实验组洗手时洗手间滚动播放规范化洗手操作录像,对照组采用传统教学法进行术前洗手。两组对洗手知识掌握率、洗手率、洗手技术考核以及洗手后细菌学检测阳性率进行比较。结果实验组洗手知识掌握正确率、洗手率、洗手技术考核合格率均高于对照组,细菌学阳性率低于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论电视滚动播放法用于规范术者术前洗手,可提高洗手依从性及质量,促进手术室的现代化教学。Objective To explore that how to improve operator submitting and the quality of washing hand with using Video rolling playing in standardizing preoperative washing procedure method. Methods Two hundreds operators were randomly divided into two groups, the study group or the control group. The operators in the study group received Video rolling playing in standardizing preoperative washing procedure method, while the operators in the control group received routing preoperative washing procedure method. All the operators tested the knowledge of washing procedure, the frequency of washing-hand, the skill of washing-hand, the masccline rate of germ. Data were collected and analyzed statisically. Results The rate of the knowledge of washing procedure, the frequency of washing-hand and the skill of washing-hand in the study control group was higher than that in the control group,while the masccline rate of germ in the study control was lower than that in the control group. There was significant difference(P〈0. 01) in two group. Conclusion Video rolling playing in standardizing preoperative washing procedure method can effectively improve operator submitting and the quality in short time and promote the modern teaching in the operating-room.
