摘  要:目的探讨血浆氧化及丙二醛(MDA)修饰低密度脂蛋白(LDL)及其自身抗体与糖尿病(DM)及其他血脂项目之间的关系。方法选择DM患者、正常对照组各60例。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)分别测定铜离子氧化型LDL(ox-LDL)、MDA修饰型LDL(MDA-LDL)及其自身抗体,同时对受检者血脂水平进行检测。结果DM患者血浆ox-LDL、MDA-LDL及其自身抗体水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),分别与总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)呈高度正相关,而与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)呈负相关;且ox-LDL、MDA-LDL分别同其自身抗体呈高度正相关。结论DM患者ox-LDL、MDA-LDL及其自身抗体水平显著升高,可能参与动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展过程。Objective To investigate the correlation of oxidized ( ox), malondialdehyde-modified (MDA) low density lipoprotein (LDL) and their autoantibodies with diabetes mellitus (DM) and others blood lipids. Methods The levels of plasma ox-LDL, MDA-LDL and their autoantibodies in 60 patients with DM and 60 healthy controls were determined by enzyme-linked immunsorbent assay ( ELISA), and blood lipid levels were also determined. Results The levels of ox- LDL, MDA-LDL and their autoantibodies in patients with DM were significantly higher than control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The ox-LDL, MDA-LDL and their autoantibodies were found positively related with total cholesterol (TC) , triglyceride (TG) and LDL cholesterol (LDL-C), while negatively related with high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C). Furthermore, positive relationships were found between ox-LDL, MDA-LDL and their autoantibodies, respectively. Conclusions ox-LDL, MDA-LDL and their autoantibodies increase in DM patients, and may play an important role in atherosclerosis.
