摘　　要：目的建立糖并消丸的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法对处方中甘草主要成分甘草酸的含量进行测定以十八烷基硅烷键合相硅胶为填充剂,以甲醇-0.2 mol/L醋酸铵溶液-冰醋酸(68∶32∶1)为流动相,检测波长为252 nm[2-3],理论塔板数按甘草酸峰计算应不低于2 000。结果甘草酸的平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为1.40%。结论本方法简便易行,适用于糖并消丸中甘草酸的含量测定。Objective To determine the acid of licorice root of Tangbingxiao Wan. Methods The content of acid of licorice root was determined by HPLC. Results The average recovery of acid of licorice root was 99.2 %, RSD was 1.40 %. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and with a good reproducibility. It can be used as a quality control standard for the drug.
