锌维糖浆的制备及临床观察

摘　　要：目的制备锌维糖浆并观察其临床疗效。方法建立锌维糖浆的处方、配制和质量标准,在同一介质的不同酸度条件下,用乙二胺四醋酸二钠滴定法对锌、镁离子进行连续配位滴定测定含量。应用锌维糖浆治疗锌缺乏症患儿72例,并观察其临床疗效。结果治疗总有效率达91.4%。结论该制剂工艺简单,质量可靠,锌维糖浆治疗锌缺乏症患儿,疗效确切。Objective To prepare XinWei syrup, and to observe the clinical effect of it. Methods XinWei syrup prescription, preparation and quality standards were established. Determination of coordination titration for zinc, magnesium ion was done by acetic acid disodium EDTA Titration method in the same medium acidity of the different conditions. Children with zinc deficiency （72 cases） were treated by XinWei syrup, and the therapeutic effect of them were observed. Results The total efficiency was 91.4 %. Conclusion The preparation process is simple, reliable. The therapeutic effect of XinWei syrup on children zinc deficiency is precise.
