外用溃疡散治疗皮肤软组织损伤50例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨蒙药外用溃疡散在外科创伤中的应用。方法对就诊患者进行对照研究,疗程1～7d。结果外用溃疡散的药物有效率96.0%,优于对照组的82.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.5,P<0.05),并且外用溃疡散的皮损愈合时间较对照组提前近2d。结论外用溃疡散在治疗效果及皮损愈合时间上优于传统药物治疗,该方法值得在临床推广使用。Objective To probe into the application of Mogol medicine - ulcer powder for external use in surgical department. Methods As for the students cured utilized case - control study, course of treatment 1 - 7 d. Results The rate of ulcer powder for external use 96. 0% is superior to that of contrasting groups （82.5 % ）, whose difference has statistical significance （χ^2 = 4.5, P 〈 0. 05 ）, in addition, ulcer powder for external use making the time of skin injury closes up two days earlier than that of contrasting groups. Conclusion In curative effect and the time of injury closing up , ulcer powder for external use is superior to that of traditional medical treatment, this method is well worthy of being used and extended in clinical practice.
