冠心平对犬急性心肌缺血的保护作用

摘　　要：目的观察冠心平抗心肌缺血作用。方法采用犬左冠脉前降支第一分支下方2mm处结扎法制备心肌缺血模型,以复方丹参滴丸为阳性对照药,观察冠心平是否具有保护缺血心肌、减少心肌坏死面积、减少心肌酶CK、CK-MB、LDH释放量的作用。结果缺血心肌坏死面积明显减小,CK、CK-MB、LDH释放量明显减少。结论冠心平对犬急性心肌缺血具有显著保护作用。Objective To observe the effect of Guanxinning on acute myocardial ischemia in dogs. Methods The acute myocardial ischemia model was established by ligating below the second branch 2 mm of the left anterior descending of dogs. Compound Danshen dropping pill as positive control drug. Creatine kinase （CK） , creatine kinae-MB （CK-MB） ,lactic dehydrogenase（LDH） and the myocardial infarct size were examined to judge the protective effect of Guanxinning. Results Guanxinning decreased significanly myocardial infarction area and CK,CK-MB,LDH. Conclusion Guanxinning has protective effect on acute myocardial ischemia in Dogs.
