摘　　要：目的探讨心室晚电位(VLP)与室性心律失常之相关性。方法选择心室晚电位检测阳性及可疑阳性患者52例,同时进行24h动态心电图检查。结果动态心电图室性心律失常者占VLP检测阳性总数的73.08%。结论心室晚电位对预测存在室性折返具有肯定的临床意义。Objective Exploring the related relationship between ventricular arrhythmias and ventricular late potential. Methods Select 52 cases who is diagnostic of ventricular late potential positive and is suspicious of ventricular late potential positive,and in the mean time checked by being given 24 hours＇ dynamic electrocardiograph. Results The Cases who have ventricular arrhythmias checked by dynamic electrocardiograph has a percentage of 73.08 among those who are ventricular late potential positive. Conclusion It is certain that ventricular late potential has clinical value in predicating the existence of ventricular reflecting.
