美吡哒联合氟伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病合并血脂异常的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨美吡哒联合氟伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病(DM)合并血脂异常的临床疗效。方法2型DM并血脂异常患者120例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组60例,分别测定两组患者服药前及服药后3个月的空腹血糖(FG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、血胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平,并进行比较。结果两组患者的血TC、TG、LDL-C都较服药前降低,HDL-C水平较服药前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组空腹血糖、餐后血糖明显较服药前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组空腹血糖、餐后血糖较服药前降低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论美吡哒联合氟伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病疗效好,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of combined Minidiab and fluvastatin in 2 type diabetes merging abnormal blood fat . Methods 120 cases of 2 type diabetes merging abnormal blood fat were randomly divided into Control group and study group. Therapeutic effects were observed in each group. Results The level of TC, TG, LDL-C all decreased significantly in two groups; Compared with control group, the blood-fasting sugar and postprandial blood sugar decreased obviously（P 〈 0. 05 ） in study group. Conclusion Combined Minidiab and fluvastatin is effective in treating 2 type diabetes merging abnormal blood fat.
