摘 要:研究UASB厌氧氨氧化(ANAMMOX)反应器运行情况,采用普通城市污水厂活性污泥接种,人工合成废水,pH值在7.4-7.8之间,温度控制在(32±1)℃。在反应器稳定运行270-450 d之间的180 d中,对NH4^+-N和NO2^--N去除率均达到99.9%以上,总氮去除率保持在90%以上,NO3^--N产生量在20-30 mg/L之间波动。研究表明,UASB厌氧氨氧化反应器处理废水效果明显,对NH4^+-N、NO2^--N和TN去除率高,NO2^--N和NH4^+-N比值可以指示厌氧氨氧化反应器性能的演变。UASB反应器稳定运行阶段容积负荷的影响较小,ANAMMOX菌对合成废水适应性强,反应器抗冲击能力较强,受冲击后恢复迅速。出水pH值稳定在8.5附近,pH值变化情况可作为反应器运行状况的指示。The anaerobic ammonium oxidation (ANAMMOX) process and operational characteristics in a upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) reactor were studied. The nitrification bio-film was cultivated with activated sludge from a municipal sewage treatment plant. The UASB reactor was fed with the synthetic wastewaters contained high concentrations of ammonium nitrogen (NH4^+-N) and nitrite nitrogen (NO2^--N) , the pH value was fixed at 7.4 to 7.8 and temperature at (32 ± 1 )℃. The UASB reactor was operated during around 180 days from days 270 to 450 of operation in this study. The removal rates of NH4^+-N and NO2^- -N were both 99.9% ; over 90% of the total nitrogen (TN) were removed, and the nitrate nitrogen (NO3^--N) production rate was between 20 to 30 mg/L. The study indicated that the efficiency of ANAMMOX reaction in UASB reactor was significant, it had high removal rates of NH4^+ -N, NO2^- -N and TN. The ratio of NO2^- -N to NH4^+ -N could indicate the operation of the ANAMMOX reactors. At the stable stage of the reaction, the effect of the inflow rate was not significant, ANAMMOX bacteria performed well. The effluent pH was kept around 8.5 and as the indication sign of the operation.
