摘 要:研究了对位酯生产废水的初步处理方案。先将对位酯废水进行中和、冷冻除盐、加CaO沉淀、过滤等预处理(预处理后COD 40 352 mg/L;SO24-9 577 mg/L;NH3-N21 mg/L),再采用纳米光催化降解以及BaCl2进行处理,TiO2浓度为2 g/L时处理效果较好(COD 30 325 mg/L;SO24-880 mg/L;NH3-N140 mg/L)。废水经铁炭微电解及CaO处理后,再进行光催化降解可以达到更好的处理效果,COD降为21 224 mg/L。废水经微电解、Fenton氧化和光催化联用处理后,COD降为20 800 mg/L。Some initial treatment techniques for industrial wastewater from para-ester production were investigated. Some pretreatment steps such as neutralization, desalination with freeze, precipitation by adding CaO, filtration were used to treat the para-ester wastewater (after pretreatment COD 40 352 mg/L; SO4^2- 9 577 mg/L; NH3-N 21 mg/L) , then photocatalytic degradation and deposition with BaCl2 were used. When TiO2 concentration was 2 g/L, the better treatment results were observed (COD 30 325 mg/L; SO4^2- 880 mg/L; NH3-N 140 mg/L). Alternatively, after the treatment of iron, charcoal, CaO and photocatalysis degradation process, the more effective results (COD 21 224 mg/L) were obtained. After the combined process of minute electrolysis, Fenton' s oxidation and photocatalysis degradation, the value of COD was further decreased to 20 800 mg/L.
