摘 要:为了从企业已有的设计实例中提取经验知识,缩短产品的设计周期,提出了基于实例推理的电站锅炉方案设计方法。首先对电站锅炉方案设计的过程进行了认知与分解,指出关键参数的选取与判断是设计过程中的难点。在此基础上建立了总体设计模型,然后对过去已完成的设计方案进行了分解,采用分层次的实例库来表示实例,从而提高检索的效果与效率。提出了一种基于数理统计的最邻近法用于检索相似的实例,该方法无需人为设定检索界限参数。通过设计一台420(t/h)的循环流化床锅炉,验证了该设计的准确性和有效性。To extract experience knowledge from enterprise's cases and reduce the product design lifecycle, a design method of utility boiler based on Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) was presented. Firstly, the process of scheme design in utility boiler was recognized and decomposed. It was pointed out that the difficulty in scheme design was to identify and evaluate key parameters, and the general design model was constructed. Then, the past design schemes were decomposed by adopting the hierarchical case library to represent the cases so as to improve the search veracity and efficiency. Based on concept of statistical inference, a kind of neighbor algorithm was proposed to retrieve similar cases without manually defining dividing line parameters. Finally, by design case of a 420 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler, the validity and efficiency of the presented method was demonstrated.
