摘　　要：为有效地整合企业的技术和管理,研究了产品数据管理和项目管理技术。提出一个企业级的产品设计项目过程管理框架,并应用面向对象方法建立了相应的业务模型、对象模型和体系结构模型。该框架充分考虑了项目管理和产品数据管理的关系,将产品设计项目过程管理系统划分为项目、设计数据和设计过程三个子系统。最后,通过一个应用案例验证了该框架的有效性。To effectively integrate technologies and managements in enterprises, product data management and project management were studied. An enterprise-level process management framework of product design projects was presented, and its models, including business model, object model and architecture model, were constructed by utilizing Object-Oriented （OO） method. Relationship between product data management and project management was fully considered in this framework, and the process management of product design projects was divided into three sub-systems of project sub-system, design data sub-system, and design process sub-system. Finally, an application ease was given to verify the effectiveness of the presented framework.
