摘 要:为提升复杂产品研制中质量问题处理过程管理的闭环控制能力与协同水平,提出了一种基于归零模式的质量问题处理模型。该模型将复杂产品质量问题处理过程映射为具有层次解构性、广义关联性与闭环诉求性的质量问题处理过程网,将质量问题封装为归零任务对象,并基于任务令牌,建立了归零任务对象在质量问题处理过程网中有序传递与闭环控制的保证机制。最后,构建了基于归零状态向量的质量问题处理过程状态监控与闭环保证算法。To improve the closed loop control capability and collaboration of the quality problem processing in complex product development environment, a quality problem processing model was put forward based on zero-remains mode. In this model, the quality problem resolving process was described as a network of multi-level, multi-connection and closed loop. A structure named zero-remains-issue-object was constructed to encapsulate the information of quality problems and a structure named issue-token was used to ensure the quality problem resolving process in an orderly way. Finally, by using the status vector, an algorithm was designed to trace the status of a quality problem and ensure a closed loop process.
