摘 要:本试验取材于目前国内外活力测定研究较少的蔬菜种子,选择辣椒的3个品种子1993~1995年进行了活力测定方法的研究。结果表明:控制劣变测定法、盘栽幼苗检验法和发芽测定法是测定辣椒种子活力的有效方法;四唑定量法、电导率测定法虽然能测定群体辣椒种子的活力水平,但不能测得单粒种子的活力水平。本试验总结出了辣椒种子在控制劣变测定法测定种子活力时所要求的特定含水量为19.0%。In the vigour test research, three variety have been selected in red pepper, there has been relatively little work for solanaceae vegetable seed. Studies have been carried out during 1993-1995. Results showed that controlled deterioration test, pot incubation test and germination test were efficient methods for determining vigour degree of red pepper seed. TTC quantitative analysis and electrical conductivity test were able to evaluate vigour degree of seed, but only bulk not single seed. It was acquired that specially appointed water content in controlled deterioration test through the experiment in red pepper seed. It is 19. 0%
