摘 要:目的:探讨高尿酸血症的中医病理证候特点及其与肾功能的关系。方法:以腺嘌呤制备高尿酸血症大鼠模型为对象,分别采用四妙散、二陈汤及血府逐瘀汤进行治疗,并进行血清尿酸(UA)、肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)和黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)等指标检测。结果:①模型组大鼠血尿酸、黄嘌呤氧化酶显著高于正常组(P<0.01);血府逐瘀汤组尿酸显著低于模型组(P<0.05)。②模型组肌酐、尿素氮较正常组升高(P<0.01),血府逐瘀汤组及四妙散组肌酐及尿素氮均低于模型组(P<0.01),血府逐瘀汤组下降最为明显。结论:"瘀血"是腺嘌呤制备高尿酸血症大鼠模型主要的中医证型特点,活血化瘀能显著改善模型大鼠的肾功能。Objective: To explore the TCM pathogenic characteristic of hyperuricemia and its relation with renal function, Methods: Hyperurieemia rat models were established by the adenine and ethambutol. The models were treated with Simiaosan, Erehentang, Xuefuzhuyutang respectively. The indexes such as uric acid (UA), Crea(Cr), urea nitrogen(BUN)and xanthinoxidase (XOD) were detected. Results: ①Compared with normal group, the UA of and XOD in model group increased obviously( P 〈 0.01 ). The XOD of Xuefuzhuyutang group was lower than that of model group(P 〈 0.05). C) Compared with normal group, the Cr and BUN of model group increased obviously ( P 〈 0.01 ). The Cr and BUN of each treatment group were lower than those of model group( P 〈 0.01 ), especially the Xuefuzhuyutang group. Conclusion: Blood stasis is the main syndrome of the hyperuricemia rat model established with adenine and ethambutol. The therapy of activating blood flow and removing stasis can improve the renal function of the model.
