摘 要:用甲酯化-气相色谱法测定了916份小米品种的脂肪酸含量。结果表明,在小米6种主要的脂肪酸中,亚油酸为70.01%,油酸为13.39%,亚麻酸为1.96%,棕榈酸为8.34%,硬脂酸为4.38%,花生酸为1.72%。小米不饱和脂肪酸总量为85.54%。聚类分析表明,我国小米亚油酸与不饱和脂肪酸含量,呈北方省份高,南方省份低的趋势。棕榈酸和饱和脂肪酸含量则是南方省份高于北方省份。Methyl ethered gas chromatography (GC) was employed to determine main fatty acids in the grain of 916 millet accessions collected in Chin. Of the 6 fatty acids investigated, linoleic acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, linolenic acid and arachidic acid had an average content of 70.01, 13.39, 8.34, 4.38, 1.96 and 1.72%, respectively. The content of unsaturated fatty acids averaged 85.54%. Cluster analysis indicated that the contents of linoleic acid and unsaturated fatty acids in millet genotypes distributed in China showed a tendency of being higher in the North than in the South, while an opposite tendency was shown in respect of palmitic acid and saturated fatty acids, being higher in the South than in the North.
