摘  要:【目的】阐明内蒙古冷蒿居群亲缘关系与地理分布的关系。【方法】采用居群遗传学方法及RAPD技术,对内蒙古不同生态地区具有代表性的14个冷蒿居群的遗传多样性进行了研究。【结果】11个引物对14个冷蒿居群总DNA共扩增出93条带,其中77条表现出多态性,多态性标记所占的比例为82.8%,冷蒿居群表现出丰富的RAPD多态性。构建的14个冷蒿居群的遗传关系聚类图显示,扎尼河冷蒿居群与扎兰屯冷蒿居群的遗传距离最小,其次为卓伦高勒冷蒿居群与蔡木山冷蒿居群,贺兰山和吉兰泰冷蒿居群与其他冷蒿居群间的遗传距离均较大。【结论】RAPD技术适用于冷蒿居群遗传多样性的分析,冷蒿居群的亲缘关系与其地理分布有着密切关系。[Objective] The research is to clarify the sibship and geographic distribution of Artemisia frigida Populations. [Method] Population genetics and RAPD was used to research the genetic diversity of 14 Artemisia frigida populations in different Synusiologic area of Inner Mongolia. [Result] 11 primers were amplified with 93 bands for aggregate DNA, 77(82.8%) of which were polymorphic. It shows that Artemisia frigida has high RAPD polymorphic. The genetic relation clustermap shows that Zani River Artemisia frigida populations have the least genetic distance with Zhalantun Artemisia frigida populations. The next is Zhuolungaole Artemisia frigida populations and Cai mu mountain Artemisia frigida populations. Helan Mountains Artemisia frigida populations and Jilantai Artemisia frigida Populations all have clear genetic distance with the else. [Conclusion] The RAPD is suitable to analyse the genetic diversity of Artemisia frigida populations. The sibship and geographic distribution have consanquineous relation.
