大熊猫特殊发情行为及其鉴定法研究

摘　　要：１９９１～１９９４年，观察记录了卧龙大熊猫繁殖场的９只（４♂，５♀）具有繁殖力的大熊猫的特殊发情行为。结果发现，雌大熊猫短促发情以隐性发情较为多见，通过提高营养水平和细心观察发情期，可提高其受胎率。Four male and five female fertile giant pandas were observed in Wolong, Sichuan for their special estrus behaviour in 1991～1994. Short duration estrus in female giant pandas frequently appeared in the form of recessive estrus. Improvement in their nutritioinal status and careful observation of their estrus behaviour are thought to be helpful for the enhancement of the conception rate of the female giant pandas.
