摘　　要：通过对甜菜坏死黄脉病毒提纯液进行紫外扫描，获得了典型的核蛋白曲线，ＯＤ２８０／ＯＤ２６０＝０．９０１，推算病毒液浓度约为０．５８ｍｇ／ｍｌ。采用ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ测定证实ＢＮＹＶＶ只有１种蛋白亚基，分子量为２０７４９道尔顿。Through ultra-violet Scanning of the Purified Solution of BNYVV a typical nucleo-protein curve,OD 280/OD260=0.901 was obtained and the concentration of the virus solution was calculated as about 0.589mg/ml It was Proved that through SDS-PAGE detection that BNYVV has only one protein subunit and its molecular weight ys 20749 dalton
